To those of us who have very fortunately survived the weekend unscathed and in the warmth and safety of home, let’s do our part and help in any way we can. Let’s all come together and help our less fortunate brothers and sisters who have been affected by the worst flooding that Metro Manila has seen in decades. A number of relief centers have been set up around Metro Manila and are accepting donations. Some of these relief centers, such as the one in the Ateneo campus, accept volunteers to help repack relief goods and administer basic first aid. From the Shoulder: What is it with this government!? The whole of Metro Manila has been placed under a state of calamity, but work has not been called off. Another stroke of genius.
